2. Review & Acknowledge
Reporting a concern, complaint, or feedback can be done by:
a. Speaking to a Thorpe staff member in person, by phone or email
b. Submitting the online feedback form
c. Our existing clients can use the Your Voice suggestion box
Review & Acknowledge
Once the report has been made, our staff will need to review the feedback and they may need to ask for further clarification and/ or require time to gather additional information.
Once Thorpe personnel fully understand the feedback, a staff member will be assigned to the decision-making process and correspond directly with the individual who submitted the report initially.
Collaborative and ethical decision-making is the final step in this process.
We aim to resolve any concerns fully; however, if the resolution is deemed unsatisfactory to the process and result, you may launch a written Policy Complaint with our Management team.
